Beta program terms & best practices
Our beta is a limited opportunity to try Kamili One early and help us improve it. Read these terms before requesting access. Effective October 16, 2026.
Start with a small workflow
Try one task, calendar event, or message flow at a time. Keep another copy of anything important while you learn how the beta behaves.
Use data with care
Begin with sample content when possible. Do not include passwords, payment details, or someone else’s private information in feedback or screenshots.
Tell us what happened
For a bug, share the steps you took, what you expected, what happened instead, and your device and browser. A screenshot helps when it contains no sensitive information.
Share the experience
Tell us which parts save time, which feel confusing, and which features you need. Accessibility feedback and everyday workflow examples are especially useful.
Participation and access
Applying does not guarantee an invitation. We review requests, limit the number of participants, and may change, pause, or end beta access as the product develops. You may stop participating at any time. Use only your own account and follow the Terms of Service.
Pre-release software
Beta features can change, be unavailable, or behave unexpectedly. Keep your own backup for important information and check the result of important actions. Do not rely on the beta as your only record for time-sensitive or critical work.
Safe testing and security reports
Test within the access we give you. Do not attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or run automated security or load tests without our permission. If you discover a possible security issue or see another person’s data, stop testing that issue and report it privately through ourcontact page. Do not include sensitive data in a public report.
Feedback and privacy
We may use the feedback you send to decide what to improve, but cannot promise to build every suggestion or respond to every report individually. Please share only content you have the right to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Leaving the beta
You can use the cancellation link in your beta request email to withdraw a pending request, or contact us about your access. Questions about your personal data can also be sent through that page.
By checking “I agree to the terms and conditions of the beta program” in the request form, you agree to these beta terms alongside our Terms of Service.
