Smart Assists are optional helpers that keep important work visible without requiring every app to be open.
**Voice notifications** can speak important updates. New users start with voice notifications enabled, the Dawn tone, and the Sarah voice when that voice is available in the browser. Voice notifications cost 1 credit per use.
**Workspace Briefing** refreshes a cross-app summary. Its refresh time controls when the briefing should update, and the stale threshold can be extended up to 12 hours in 30-minute increments. Workspace Briefing costs 1 credit per refresh or voice summary.
Workspace Briefing can include enabled Kamili One apps only. Feature-flag-disabled apps are hidden from the app list.
**Heads Up** prompts are managed as their own Smart Assist section. They can prompt when a mail sender is in your contacts or when you share an event with someone in your contacts. You can further limit those prompts to VIP contacts.
**Now and Next** depends on Calendar and Tasks data. Controls for it are hidden while Calendar and Tasks are feature-flag disabled.
