This overview is a guide. The agreement below contains the terms.
1. This agreement and your access
This Beta Service Agreement is between Kamili Labs LLC (“Kamili Labs”, “we”, “us”) and the person or organization accepting it (“you”). It covers beta access to Kamili One, including the Dashboard, Mail, Calendar, Tasks, and any other applications or features we identify as part of your beta access.
You accept this agreement by actively selecting the agreement checkbox and submitting your beta application, or through another express acceptance process we provide. You must have legal capacity to accept it and meet the age requirements in our Terms of Service. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization.
An application does not guarantee an invitation or access to every application or feature. Access begins when we approve and enable it. Joining a waitlist or requesting beta access does not start a paid subscription or authorize us to charge you.
2. Your permitted use
While your access is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the available services for your personal activities or internal business purposes, subject to your plan limits and this agreement. You retain responsibility for your authorized users, account credentials, and the content you provide.
Use only accounts, integrations, and data you are authorized to access. Do not use the services unlawfully, send spam or malware, infringe others’ rights, circumvent access controls, or disrupt the service. Security and load testing require our prior permission. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party accounts and integrations remain subject to their providers’ terms and permissions. Their availability may change. Connect them only with the necessary authority and review the access you grant.
3. What beta means
The services are still being developed. Features may contain defects, change, become unavailable, or be withdrawn. We do not promise a particular release date, feature roadmap, uninterrupted availability, or a service level unless we separately agree to one in writing.
Keep another copy of important information and verify important messages, dates, tasks, reminders, and AI-generated results. Do not use the beta as your only record or safeguard for critical, emergency, or time-sensitive activities.
We welcome useful bug reports and workflow feedback. We may offer support and fixes, but cannot promise to implement every suggestion or resolve every issue within a particular time. Your use remains subject to any rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
4. Free tier and reduced-cost paid service
Kamili One includes a free tier with no recurring subscription fee. It has the features and usage limits described for that tier. It is not a trial that automatically becomes paid. You must actively choose and authorize a paid subscription or purchase before we charge you for it.
Paid beta plans may be offered at reduced founder pricing. The plan, currency, recurring charge, billing interval, applicable taxes, limits, and eligibility conditions must be shown in the offer and checkout before you subscribe. Applying for the beta does not by itself reserve a founder offer or guarantee eligibility.
Optional add-ons, additional seats, usage purchases, and third-party charges are separate from the recurring plan price unless expressly included in the offer. We will disclose any charges payable to us and obtain your authorization before you incur them. Your own third-party service contracts remain your responsibility.
5. Founder discount continues with monthly membership
Eligible founders receive 35% off the then-current recurring price of an eligible monthly plan while they remain continuously subscribed monthly. The discount continues through monthly renewals and monthly plan changes. The dollar amount charged may change if the underlying plan price changes; we will provide any notice required by law before a price change.
The founder offer is available to the first 100 eligible new paid monthly subscribers who enroll before January 5, 2027 at midnight Pacific, unless capacity is reached first. The enrollment deadline does not end the discount for an existing qualifying subscription. Ending the beta or moving to general availability does not by itself end it.
The 35% discount applies to eligible monthly plan charges, including an eligible monthly plan change. It does not apply to annual plans, credit top-ups, taxes, or separately authorized purchases, and it cannot be combined with another discount. We will show you the resulting charges before you confirm a plan change.
The founder discount ends when cancellation or termination becomes effective, or when you switch to annual billing. Starting another subscription later does not automatically restore eligibility. A temporary payment failure is not itself a cancellation; eligibility ends if the subscription is actually terminated under the applicable billing terms.
6. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
A paid subscription renews at the disclosed interval until cancelled, subject to the founder-pricing commitment above. You authorize recurring billing separately when you complete the paid checkout. We will provide required billing disclosures and renewal notices.
You may cancel through your account’s subscription or billing controls. If you cannot access those controls, contact support@kamililabsllc.com for help. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues through that period unless an earlier termination is permitted by this agreement or required by law.
Withdrawing a beta application, leaving a mailing list, or disconnecting a third-party account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription. Use the subscription cancellation controls to stop recurring billing.
Refund requests are considered case by case, subject to any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights. If we end your paid service without a breach by you before the prepaid period ends, we will refund the unused portion of that period. This does not limit any greater remedy required by law.
7. Your data and privacy
You keep your rights in your messages, events, tasks, files, and other content. You authorize us and our service providers to host, transmit, secure, and process that content as necessary to provide the services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.
This agreement does not give us ownership of your content or permission to sell your personal information. Access by our personnel and service providers is limited to authorized purposes. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to submit and connect the data you use.
Our Privacy Policy governs personal-information handling, account deletion, retention, and privacy requests. Back up or export information you need while your access is available. Do not assume that withdrawing a beta request deletes a separate account or its data; use the account deletion process or contact us.
8. Feedback and confidential information
You may choose to share suggestions, bug reports, and other feedback. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback to develop and improve our products. This permission concerns the feedback itself; it does not transfer ownership of your account content or waive your privacy rights.
Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, financial details, or other people’s private information in reports or screenshots. Report security issues privately through our contact page.
Protect nonpublic information that we clearly identify as confidential and share with you for beta participation. This does not restrict information already lawfully known to you, independently developed, obtained lawfully from another source, or made public without a breach. Nothing in this agreement restricts honest reviews of your experience or lawful reporting to authorities. This does not authorize disclosure of another person’s private information or legitimately protected confidential information. We will not use your name or logo as an endorsement without separate permission.
9. Our software and intellectual property
Kamili Labs and its licensors retain ownership of the software, designs, branding, documentation, and other materials they provide. Your right to use the service does not transfer those intellectual property rights. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
10. Suspension, termination, and the end of beta
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, nonpayment, or a material breach. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Immediate action may be necessary to protect users, data, or the service.
You may stop participating in the beta. You must separately cancel any paid subscription to stop renewal. We may end beta access or discontinue a service with reasonable notice where practical, and will honor applicable prepaid refunds and non-waivable rights. If we discontinue your paid service, we will stop its renewal and apply the prepaid refund provisions above.
Ending the beta or releasing the service generally does not, by itself, cancel an ongoing paid subscription or its founder pricing. We will not terminate a subscription solely to evade the founder-pricing commitment. We are not promising to operate a discontinued service indefinitely.
After effective termination, access rights end. Payment obligations already incurred, ownership rights, permitted use of feedback, confidentiality duties, and terms intended to survive continue as applicable. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Warranties, liability, and other terms
To the extent permitted by law, beta features are provided “as is” and “as available”. They may not meet every requirement or operate without errors. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights, warranties, duties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The limitation-of-liability and dispute-resolution provisions in our Terms of Service apply, subject to applicable law. No provision excludes liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or any other liability that the law prohibits us from limiting.
This agreement supplements the Terms of Service. For beta participation, this agreement prevails if the two conflict, including on founder pricing. The Privacy Policy continues to govern personal information. A later general terms update cannot remove the founder-pricing commitment from an existing subscription.
12. Changes and contact
We will identify material changes to this agreement and provide notice and any renewed consent required by law before applying them. New terms do not retroactively change charges already agreed or remove the founder-pricing commitment for a continuing subscription.
